Here at the Star we try to create restaurant quality food while always sticking to our traditional pub roots. Ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible, including meat from our farm in Grafton just a mile from the pub and vegetables from the Vale. (The fish is not local, but it is delivered fresh from the coast daily)
